About The Orphanage
We’re a non-profit making, apolitical, charity and developmental organization
The orphanage and women shelter is managed in Mboh Nso Northwest Region and also in Bonaberi-Douala Littoral region where we also operate a natural medicine clinic
This vision started in Kumbo, Bui Division North West Region of Cameroon where we had five stranded kids and we decided to help house them.
Our Missions
Promotion of education and capacity building
- To support children in need of care and protection and to help the destitute, neglected, needy and orphaned children.
To provide and promote formal and informal training to the children and vocational training to the youths.
Assistance
To provide relief to those affected by natural calamities and emergencies, war, strike etc
Help
To help the poor and needy to develop self-confidence and to carry out charitable, developmental and relief work in cooperation with the Government.
Women empowerment
To give women an upper hand in the society by training them to learn skills and become great entrepreneurs in the society.

Funding
We mostly live from hands to mouth that is because our only source of revenue is from the natural clinic and sometimes we receive gifts from visitors.

The Yuwun Elizabeth Foundation though facing a lot of difficulties, always put the children’s needs as a priority. We believe that assisting us to take care of these internally displaced and needy kids, women and the elderly in our community will restore dignity, increase their living standards, improve nutrition, reduce unemployment and ameliorate poverty levels amongst others.
